Job Description
Position Summary Practice patient service rep. proactively ensures an exceptional experience for patients when greeting, checking in, and checking out during their appointment; answers incoming phone calls, responds to general patient requests, takes telephone messages and schedules patient appointments. This position will be located at Highland office. Position Requirements Education and Previous Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred. Hardware/Software Experience Practice management/medical billing computer programs. Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel) Other Characteristics Excellent oral/written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Detailed oriented Ability to set priorities, document conversations and specific actions taken and develop applicable policies and procedures (e.g., regarding collections) Flexible; able to adapt to change Bilingual (Spanish) capabilities a plus RUSH salaries are determined by many factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related experience and skills, as well as internal equity and industry specific market data.
