The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and customer service to patients and medical staff. Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule patient appointments accurately using medical scheduling software such as ECW
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Collect and process payments for services rendered.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel
• Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
• Maintain patient records and ensure all forms are completed accurately
• Coordinate patient flow within the clinic or medical office to ensure efficient operations
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and other clerical duties Skills
• Proficient in medical office procedures and terminology
• Previous experience as a medical office receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
