This is a

PART TIME

on-site role for an Eyewear Consultant & Patient Care Specialist located in Glendale Heights, IL. The Eyewear Consultant & Patient Care Specialist will be responsible for assisting with eye exams, helping customers select and fit eyeglasses and contact lenses, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Eyewear Consultant & Patient Care Specialist will provide excellent customer service by answering questions, educating customers on optical products, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Optics and Optometry skills Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and provide excellent customer service Experience in assisting with Eye Exams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Ability to work independently and as part of a team No weekend hours.

OPTICAL EXPERIENCE
