Job Description

Description The Medical Patient Access Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while supporting efficient day-to-day clinic operations. This position performs a variety of front-office and administrative duties, including patient check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, medical record maintenance, and payment processing. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient. Pay & Schedule Competitive starting pay based on experience and qualifications.
Part-Time Schedule:
Tuesday-Thursday, 8:30 AM-6:00 PM. Candidates must also have the flexibility to work additional hours as needed to provide clinic coverage during staff absences. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum six (6) months of customer service or reception experience
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year or more of experience in a healthcare setting Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems Bilingual in Spanish Graduate of a certified medical office training program, CNA, or Medical Assistant Knowledge of medical terminology Join a team committed to expanding access to quality healthcare and strengthening the well-being of our communities.
