Days | Full-time How you'll make an impact in this role Coordinate and schedule patient procedures to optimize clinic workflows and minimize patient wait times Manage daily clerical duties, greeting patients and facilitating a smooth registration process from arrival to departure. Gather and accurately input patient demographic, insurance, and clinical information into the electronic database. Assist with tracking and securing insurance pre-certifications and prior authorizations to ensure seamless coverage. Counsel patients on pre-service instructions, while actively troubleshooting and resolving scheduling conflicts or logistical issues. What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
