Ensures the accuracy of patient information, collects all required forms and upfront payments, and guides patients through the admissions process. Reviews insurance coverage to verify proper coordination of benefits, explains financial responsibilities to patients, and collects any applicable co-payments, coinsurance, and/or deductibles. High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years of experience working with insurance in a medical setting preferred.
