Job Description
Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a Patient Experience Representative to support our Healthcare & Medical Services team within Customer Service & Support. In this frontline role, you will warmly greet patients and families, manage check-in/check-out, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and via electronic systems. You will help resolve complaints, coordinate with clinical teams, and support quality and safety initiatives. Working in a mission-driven, innovative pediatric environment, you'll contribute to exceptional care experiences and continuous service improvements.
