At Boston Plastic Surgery in Quincy, MA our focus is on providing high quality plastic surgical care in a collaborative environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and sales-oriented front desk coordinator who loves the world of cosmetics to join our busy aesthetic plastic surgery team. The front desk coordinator is a critical and rewarding role in our practice, providing the opportunity to build long lasting relationships with patients and to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals. Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience essential, aesthetic/cosmetic background is desirable Excellent communication skills Detail oriented Enjoy patient care with opportunity to build lasting patient relationships Take pride in providing personalized customer service Strong work ethic Collaborative and enthusiastic Eager to develop fund of knowledge regarding plastic surgery procedures Desire to grow and contribute to a dynamic team Strong computer skills and EMR experience Strong analytic skills needed to prepare patient information Duties and responsibilities Answer patient phone calls and schedule appointments for physicians, advance practice providers and aesthetic team members Gathers patient data to enter into EMR as required, allowing for streamlined care and data review to optimize success and performance Greets and helps visitors, patients and employees in a professional and courteous manner Schedules consultations, procedures and surgeries, and follow-up appointments Perform additional office duties including supply ordering and oversite Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients about services to guide patients Able to schedule surgical appointments and provide necessary information to surgical patients Performs all general office duties and other administrative tasks as needed. Able to fully utilize EMR for reporting, patient customer service and business purposes Routinely handles sensitive, confidential information and maintains confidentiality.
