Busy pediatric practice with locations in Newburyport, Haverhill and Rowley, is looking for a candidate to join our front office team. If you have excellent customer relation skills and enjoy working with children, we would love to hear from you. Prior customer service experience is preferred. The position is for 36+ hours per week with some evenings until 7pm and some weekends (Sat./Sun 8-10am approximately) required. Weekend hours are paid at time and a half. •

Epic Medical Record Experience Preferred Essential Job Functions:

Greet and warmly welcome all patients, families, and visitors Answer incoming calls and assist caller or transfer to appropriate resource Schedule and confirm patient appointments Register new patients and update existing patient demographics Collect insurance co-payments and balances Facilitate patient flow by communicating with medical staff and patients Provide patients with required screening tools and assessments for completion prior to visit Verify most recent physical exam date and schedule appointments as warranted
