Job Description
Fitzgerald Foot Care | Southborough, Massachusetts Fitzgerald Foot Care is seeking an energetic, polished, highly competent, and personable individual to serve as the Front Desk & Patient Experience Coordinator for our modern, high-end podiatry practice. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional service and understands that the patient experience begins the moment someone walks through the door. We are looking for an individual with a professional presence, excellent manners, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a seamless and elevated experience for every patient. The Role As the face of Fitzgerald Foot Care, you will be responsible for ensuring that each patient's visit is organized, comfortable, and exceptional from check-in through check-out. You should be comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with genuine hospitality and personal attention. Must also be okay with cleaning the treatment rooms in between patients, which can include wiping down the treatment chairs, cleaning dirty medical instruments by utilizing the sterilization autoclaves, vacuum as needed, etc. Stock medical supplies.
Responsibilities Include:
Greet and welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional personal service Answer and appropriately manage incoming office phone calls throughout business hours Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately Utilize the office's electronic health record (EHR/EMR) system and other computer-based programs confidently Process payments, transactions, and purchases at the front desk Schedule appointments and assist with general patient communication Guide and assist patients from the reception area to the waiting room and treatment rooms as needed Clean treatment rooms in between patients Utilize autoclave and sterilization machines Stock rooms with medical supplies Maintain an organized, polished, and professional front desk environment Offer thoughtful hospitality, such as water and other comforts, while ensuring patients feel relaxed and well cared for Help create a smooth and seamless flow throughout the office Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and team members Anticipate patient needs and take initiative to ensure an exceptional experience The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is naturally polished, personable, and attentive to detail. Has a warm, confident, and professional personality Takes pride in providing exceptional customer and patient service Is highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Is comfortable and proficient with computers and willing to learn new EHR/EMR systems Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrates maturity, sophistication, and strong professional judgment Pays close attention to the small details that elevate an ordinary experience into an exceptional one Enjoys working closely with people and making others feel comfortable and cared for Has a professional and polished appearance and demeanor Takes initiative and can work independently while also being an excellent team member Qualifications Previous experience in a medical, dental, hospitality, luxury retail, concierge, or customer service environment is preferred Experience with EHR/EMR systems is a plus, but are willing to train the right candidate Strong computer and administrative skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities A genuine passion for delivering outstanding servicePay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 36.0 per weekBenefits:
