Core Responsibilities:

Execute medical office cleaning tasks (dusting, trash removal, floor care, and thorough sanitization/disinfection of patient areas). Work independently and complete assigned location routes efficiently and on schedule. Maintain strict attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

Position Requirements:

Experience Required:

Must have basic cleaning knowledge and prior cleaning experience (commercial or medical office cleaning preferred).

Location:

Must be willing and able to travel to assigned medical office sites across Maryland.

Reliable Transportation:

Must own a reliable vehicle to travel to and from job sites.

Contractor Status:

1099 Independent Contractor position (payments processed monthly).

Background Check:

Must be able to pass a standard background check.
