Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a relationship driven outpatient primary care setting. This role offers predictable scheduling, strong physician collaboration, and long term clinical stability.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This position provides full scope primary care in a 100 percent outpatient setting. The provider will work within a collaborative clinical team while maintaining autonomy in patient care delivery and decision making.

SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Option for 4 day work week (4x10s) 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours 1:12 phone only call rotation shared with physician

COMPENSATION

Base salary $110,000 to $135,000 based on experience Fiscal year productivity bonus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services Manage patient panel with continuity of care focus Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team Utilize Athena EMR for documentation Support preventative and chronic disease management
