We're looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who brings positive energy, initiative, and a genuine love for helping people. We will consider part-time (less than 32 hours) or full-time (more than 32 hours) but must stay late on Tuesday until 7. Who We're Looking For At least 6 months in a customer service role working with customers face-to-face and on the phone A friendly, positive, and professional communicator who genuinely enjoys connecting with people Someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities and follows through Reliable and consistent, with good judgment and the ability to handle responsibility Someone who is confident working independently while still being a supportive team player Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others Someone who can stay organized and composed when the day gets busy Prior dental experience is a plus—but not required!
