You would work with the hospital liaison and marketing team, discharge planners and social workers at our referring hospitals, and the internal admissions team and leadership in our facilities to coordinate, schedule, and facilitate admissions. You would be working under the supervision of the Director of Post-Acute Transitions. What your work schedule would be: You would work typically work during business hours Monday through Friday with flexibility to work nontraditional hours. Some weekend on call coverage may be required.
The successful candidate:
Preferably has existing one year experience in a customer service role Preferably has experience working in a

Health Care Coverage:
Choose from four different health insurance programs. Both full and part time employees accrue CTO/PTO hours. Full time employees can begin accruing accrue 80 hours and part time employees can accrue 40 hours per year, plus an additional 7 day accrued to cover holidays. Tuition Reimbursement, Full time employees become eligible after one year of employment with a maximum reimbursement of up to $1,000 per year. Part time employees are eligible after two years of employment with a maximum reimbursement of up to $750 per year.
