Admissions Coordinator Niles Care Center is looking for an experienced and passionate Admissions Coordinator who is highly motivated, and detail oriented to join our team at our prestigious skilled-nursing facility. Our current Admissions Coordinator has accepted a promotion within our company and is excited to share her knowledge with someone to replace her within our facility. As the Admissions Director at Niles, you will be responsible for referral and admission activities to include but is not limited to the following: Establishing and maintaining relationships with all potential and existing referral sources Providing support for the referral sources/potential admission by addressing their questions, concerns and feedback appropriately and effectively in a timely manner Work with Administrators to meet short term and long-range census goals What YOU need to bring to the table to be a great fit for this position: The ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideals and concepts to community groups/agencies and facility team College degree preferred. Considerable experience in a comparable position will be considered in lieu of degree Two years sales experience, preferred in health care services, products or pharmaceutical highly preferred Mentoring/training, simple documentation, great communication, & technology all contribute to a working experience that you'll look forward to!
