Patient Care Specialist (Full-Time) Centennial Family Dental (formerly Glen Oaks Dental) Circle Pines, MN Centennial Family Dental is a small, family-oriented dental clinic with two dentists and a fantastic team. Formerly known as Glen Oaks Dental, we are passionate about dentistry and dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. Job Type Full-Time Compensation $24.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Responsibilities Run and manage patient schedules efficiently Verify dental insurance and help patients understand their benefits Use Open Dental software Communicate clearly and effectively with the clinical team Provide excellent customer service and patient interaction Review, decipher, and explain treatment plans in a clear, patient-friendly manner Problem-solve and handle patient questions or concerns professionally Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical setting Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial information with patients Dental front-office or patient care experience preferred Open Dental experience is a plus Positive attitude and team-focused mindset Benefits Health insurance 401(k) with 4% employer match Discounted or zero cost dental treatment Paid time off Holiday pay Supportive, close-knit team environment Leadership that values integrity, growth, and employee well-being Why Work With Us?
