Excellent customer service skills, computer capabilities, professionalism, as well as interpersonal and organizational skills are a must. To name a few details of the position: answering phones regarding patients' accounts and balances, scheduling a variety of appointments, working with insurance companies including submitting and following up on claims, posting payments and calculating treatment plans. Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease and efficiency, have basic math skills, knowledge of general accounting principles and the ability to react to frequent changes in duties with an upbeat personality.
