Job Description We are looking for a talented individual to support the Event Technology team with building and managing content involved with meeting applications, event registrations, websites, and onsite badge printing. This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated and self-driven individual with a background in meeting and event planning who is looking to continue a career in event technology. They should be a quick learner with technology, passionate about user interaction, extremely self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work independently as well as with a team. Accountability and ownership of both individual tasks and long-term projects are essential. An ideal candidate can perform under tight deadlines and unexpected changes in direction and priorities. Successful candidates will have the following: 3+ years of experience in a professional office environment with exposure to meeting and event technology Proficient in full registration website or virtual event buildout Comfortable exploring and learning new technologies and working in a variety of databases Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook with an emphasis on Excel Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, be flexible & meet strict deadlines Familiarity with mail merges, pivot tables, and Excel formulas Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to make suggestions based on clients/events needs Strong hospitality and people skills with an eagerness to interact with clients and attendees Superior proofreading skills Ability to travel as needed
