As a key member of our front office team, you'll play an essential role in creating a positive patient experience.Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients and managing check-ins with professionalism and warmth Entering and maintaining accurate medical records Scanning insurance cards and IDs Answering phone calls and assisting patients with scheduling and inquiries Supporting day-to-day administrative operationsWhat We're Looking For:
