Job Description
Are you a resourceful, detail-oriented problem solver with a knack for getting things done? Local, health/wellness office needs an Office Support/HR Assistant to join their team! In this role, you will wear many hats: Will assist with implementing new HR software, data entry, new hire reference checks, credential verifications, sending onboarding documents and instructions, running background checks, processing I9's/E-Verify. Proficient computer skills are key! Excel, Word, and various other programs, responsible for drafting letters, and communicating regularly with clients and staff. Will prepare, send and track contracts. Will maintain Excel spreadsheets, handle large mailings, answer phones, run errands, and help keep the office running smoothly. Will assist with greeting clients, handling phone calls, entering billing information, and scheduling appointments.
SCHEDULE
Work schedule is Monday- Friday, 9:00 a.m.
- 3:00 p.m. but could be flexible with a 9:00 a.m.
- 4:00 p.m. schedule
