Summary We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team at CCHC Havelock Primary & Urgent Care. This role is vital in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional service and support throughout their healthcare journey, aligning with our mission to exceed patient expectations. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations efficiently. Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate smooth operations. Process insurance verifications and assist with billing inquiries. Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance office efficiency. Uphold the standards of quality care and patient satisfaction. Assist with referrals. Qualifications Proven experience in a medical office setting is required. Strong understanding of medical terminology is essential. Experience in medical administrative support is preferred. Previous office experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Familiarity with EPIC is a plus.
