Pay Grade:
Coordinator 6 This position coordinates and supervises the daily functions of admissions and front desk personnel and serves as initial contact for all students through multiple platforms to provide guidance on enrollment steps and student services resources. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential job functions satisfactorily. - Supervises and coordinates functions of admissions, front desk staff, and RTP student ambassadors
- Ensures that the department is staffed daily
- Assists in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programming for enrollment areas
- Assists with and maintains an up-to-date procedure manual for enrollment services
- Serves as the initial point of contact for prospective students, provides information, clarifies initial educational goals, and facilitates student enrollment to the college
- Informs students of available support programs and services and responds to all inquiries regarding academic programs, registration, and general information
- Reviews admissions applications and educational documents for completeness and accuracy, assesses admissions criteria and processes transcripts
- Serves as primary back up to the Coordinator of Admissions and Campus Information Services for various projects
- Collects data, submits annual reports, and provides analysis of numbers of customers served as requested
- Assists in the development of new communication and workflow methods and supports the Coordinator of Admissions and Campus Information Services with various campus communications initiatives to meet the department's IE goals Participates in college wide and service area activities and events that promote the College as well as staff professional development activities Assists in recruitment and outreach activities and events to increase enrollment Participates in professional development activities

Requirements:
Associate's degree One year data entry One year supervisory experience Three years customer services experience
Preferences:
