Mandatory skills Strong domain expertise in Patient Support Programs, HUB Services, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Payer, and Claims Processing. Strong understanding of clinical workflows and Agile Scrum methodologies. Experience gathering requirements, preparing specification documents, and managing business requirements. Experience working as a Product Owner and translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Strong requirements management, business analysis, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills. Capability to work closely with Scrum teams at all levels of the organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capability to train customer teams and conduct classroom training sessions. Good to Have Skills Knowledge Experience working on Salesforce projects. Exposure to healthcare product development and patient engagement platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client interfacing systems and prepare detailed business and functional specification documents. Work as a Product Owner by translating business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Manage requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, prioritization, and communication across stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Scrum teams to ensure successful delivery of business requirements. Simplify complex business requirements into clear and understandable functional specifications. Support Patient Support Programs, HUB Services, RCM, Payer, and Claims Processing initiatives. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and work closely with business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Provide training to customer teams and conduct classroom training sessions when required. Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery teams
