Job Description
About us We are a fast growing audiology/hearing center located in Wilmington & Southport NC. We are looking to grow our team with a valued Patient Care Coordinator in our Southport office. We are a professional office environment, where the patients come first. We are seeking someone to oversee the daily operations of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and set appointments based on the schedule of the Audiologist
- Complete out-bound calls confirming appointments, rescheduling cancellations and no shows, and/or calling patients that have not been seen recently.
- Manage office workflow including greeting patients, updating patient files, managing inventory, entering data into the scheduling system.
- Willing to learn and become proficient in a new patient management system.
- Additional administrative duties as assigned.
- Help maintain a clean and professional work environment.

Qualifications:
- Front Desk Experience 2 + Years
- Costumer Service Experience 2+ Years
- Excellent interpersonal (in person AND over the phone), communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is Required.
