As a Patient Representative , you will play a vital role in providing outstanding patient care and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits our facility.

Schedule:

Four 10-hour shifts with rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival Efficiently manage patient registration and check-in using our electronic health information system Verify and update patient demographics, insurance details, and appointment information Collect patient payments as needed

Position Requirements:

One year of customer service experience, preferably in a medical or radiology setting. However, we are willing to train the right candidate. Must possess strong communication skills, empathy, and patience. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential in this position, as is a commitment to confidentiality. Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance is an added advantage.
