Job Description

Job Summary Our office is growing and we are seeking a motivated, personable individual to work in a busy medical environment. Candidate must have proficient computer and phone skills, must have ability to multi-task and provide excellent customer service to our patients. We are a team environment and expect a commitment to the rest of the staff as well as personal development. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Previous experience in an optometric/ophthalmic/medical clinic is preferred but not required. Responsibilities and Duties Primary Job Duties:
Answering phones and reception of patients, scheduling of patients, Check-In/Check-Out of patients, direct patient flow, help with patient paperwork, chart prep, refilling of patient medications, insurance verification and ability to communicate well with staff and patients.
Secondary Duties:
Adjustment of glasses and dispensing of product Inventory and ordering of medical supplies for the office and assisting the Doctor with minor medical procedures.
