Key Responsibilities:

Create a Welcoming Experience Serve as the friendly first impression by engaging with new patients by phone, email, and in person. Manage Patient Information Create and maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental software. Guide Patients Through Their Care Assist patients in understanding treatment recommendations, financial options, and next steps. Support Front Office Operations Maintain daily statistics, follow up on pending treatment, and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
