Job Description

Patient Information Associate Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Patient Information Associate for their team! This full-time, interim role will support the accuracy, completeness, and availability of medical records at the organization's Manchester, NH location. Responsibilities of the Patient Information Associate Manage medical records, including retrieval, assembly, imaging, release, quality checks, etc. Process record requests in accordance with
HIPAA, HIM
policies, federal and state regulations, and confidentiality standards Monitor and follow up on outstanding physician orders as needed Update electronic health record systems (Epic) to ensure data integrity and support workflow optimization Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve issues Support internal and external audits Perform additional tasks and projects as required Qualifications of the Patient Information Associate High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years in medical record management Knowledge of HIM principles Comprehensive understanding of HIPAA Commitment to patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Ability to adapt to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines Comfort with technology and data tools, including Epic, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and coding software This Patient Information Associate opportunity works Monday through Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm for $24/hour.
