THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL DESK POSITION. MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF MED SPA/SPA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

We are seeking a full-time established patient coordinator and front desk r eceptionist who can work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month , and has a genuine passion for aesthetics & wellness .

Your Role:

Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism Manage phones, scheduling, and client communications Keep the front desk, retail area, and inventory stocked & organized Communicate directly with management daily to ensure smooth operations Support providers and maintain smooth daily operations Promote & sell services, packages and retail products Help create social media posts in

2+ years experience in a med spa, spa or plastic surgery setting Polished, professional, and aesthetics-obsessed Strong communicator and multitasker Comfortable with sales and basic content creation Must be able to work at both Madison & Livingston locations Must be able to work 2 Saturdays/month Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
