Sycamore Medical Management is seeking a Specialty Intake Coordinator for our administrative office in Red Bank, NJ. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Screening calls and website lead requests for the different reconstructive surgery programs. Providing individuals with information regarding services at The Institute for Advanced Reconstruction. Creating new patient profiles into EMR including: demographic, insurance, medical/surgical history. Collect and process medical records to present to the clinical team for review. Collaborating with staff in coordinating virtual consults and scheduling new patients. Record all inquires received and provide management with monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting. Promptly and professionally answers telephone calls. Route calls appropriately, offering voicemail, paging, or redirection of calls as needed. Schedule all new patients Schedule any appointment requests via phone or email Perform registration functions for new and existing patients Answer any non-clinical questions patients may have Attend all regular staff meetings Communicate thoroughly with all practice departments Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
