85 per hour (based on your years of exp) PLUS a $1.75/hour Float Differential (this position requires floating) As a Float Patient Reception Representative, you'll support multiple Capital Health Medical Group practices by providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, registering patients, and ensuring a positive patient experience across various office locations. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer and organizational skills Ability to travel between assigned practice locations as needed Previous medical office experience is preferred but not required Why Attend?
