In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, handling: Providing a reassuring presence during the patient experience Demographic and insurance information collection Registration for procedures and appointments Schedules and maintains daily appointments Collects co-payments and fees Check eligibility in real time This is a full-time day shift position (9am

  • Friday.
The hours may change to accommodate the needs of the practice. This position is based in our Flushing location and may need to travel to other locations as needed.
Preferred Criteria:
Some college coursework Familiarity with Epic Experience with insurance authorization Bilingual Spanish and/or Chinese Minimum of one year experience working in a medical practice

High School Diploma or GED Qualified candidates have prior administrative, patient appointments and surgical scheduling experience.
