Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities Ward Operations:
Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges. Maintain and update patient records in the hospital system with high accuracy.
Patient Support:
Address ward inquiries, provide updates, and handle requests from visitors, patients, and doctors/nurses.
Admin & Billing:
Schedule follow-up appointments, collect payments, and assist with financial counseling.
General Assistance:
Assist doctors and nurses with non-clinical, ad-hoc ward duties.
Requirements:
