Type:
Direct Hire with benefits A highly respected Long Island law firm is seeking an experienced Estate Administration Paralegal to join their compassionate, client?focused team. This firm is known for its dedication to serving families, seniors, individuals with disabilities, and veterans through elder law, Medicaid planning, estate planning, and estate/trust administration. Key Responsibilities Prepare and file probate petitions and related court documents Assist with full estate administration: identifying assets, valuing property, and coordinating distributions Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other involved parties Prepare estate inventories, accountings, and supporting documentation Assist with estate tax returns and other required filings Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court calendars, rules, and regulations Draft correspondence, legal documents, and reports for attorney review Qualifications Paralegal Certificate or equivalent legal studies background Minimum 3-4 years of estate administration experience Strong understanding of probate procedures and estate planning concepts Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HotDocs preferred Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $65,000.00 - $80,000.00
