Join Our Team as a Medical Support Assistant! Our client, the leading multi-specialty healthcare organization in Westchester and Duchess counties, is seeking dedicated Medical Support Assistants to join their dynamic team! Position Overview As a Clinical Medical Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in providing care and education to patients, adhering to established standards and practices. You'll update patient charts in EMR systems, document changes, and collaborate with other care team members to ensure seamless care delivery and active patient participation. Additionally, you'll be responsible for restocking rooms. Specialties available include OBGYN, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Surgery, and Dermatology. Responsibilities Provide care and education to patients following established standards and practices. Update patient charts in EMR systems and document changes. Coordinate with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery. Facilitate maximal coordination of efforts and active patient participation in planning and care. Restock rooms as needed. Essential Skills Medical assisting Customer service Medical terminology Medical record management Electronic medical records (EMR) proficiency Experience with NextGen, Epic, and other EMR systems Patient access and customer service/people skills Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 6+ months of clinical experience in a medical office, clinic, or hospital setting, or graduation from an accredited medical assistant program Evidence of prior stable employment and/or favorable references

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30PM Dress Code:

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
