Job Description

Busy Gastroenterology Practice looking for an upbeat phone operator who loves to work with people and enjoys the satisfaction of helping patients. You will be the face of our office to our patient population and your position is to help them feel comfortable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain an office environment that ensures optimal patient care and customer service. Answer phones in a courteous and efficient manner. Enter all patient information in our system. Must know how to get all the information required the first time. Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to support the office/company. Take and deliver messages to Physicians/PA's, etc. Schedule patient appointments.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Understanding of HIPAA and OSHA. Excellent communication and computer skills. Proactive, detail orientated, and professional. Experienced with EMR.
Experience:
Medical office: 1 years (Preferred)
Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
