Full Job Description Position Summary:
Performs a range of administrative tasks primarily aimed at registering clients in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Open clients in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Complete Job & Family Services Medicaid Application as needed Enter initial insurance verification and payer into EHR systems Enroll clients into county board systems and upload supporting payers Scan registration documents into the client records into EHR systems Collect payment upon registration as needed Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and time management skills; ability to multitask. Intermediate computer skills; knowledge of Electronic Health Record (HER); experience with insurance Adhere to acceptable professional/clinical boundaries and confidentiality Intermediate administrative clerical skills (e.g. general office duties, reception and record keeping) Highly self-motivated and able to work proactively both independently and as a team.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative role

Positional:
Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. Infrequent standing and walking. Constant sitting.
Gross Mobility:
Rare climbing, or crawling. Infrequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent to constant reachingandhandling.
Sensory:
Rare tasting/smelling. Infrequent use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Frequent use of near and midrangevisual acuity, and visual accommodation. Frequent to constant talking.
