MSA Primary Care is an Independent Family Practice located in Newark Ohio. We are seeking a friendly, professional Call Center Agent for our busy medical office. The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic, personable, a team player, display a good work ethic, and have excellent customer service skills. Busy multi-physician office seeking dedicated full-time professional to answer multiple phone lines. Medical experience preferred. Ability to multitask is a must.

Duties include:

Operating phone system, EHR, scheduling software, scheduling patient appointments, triaging calls, documenting patient conversations, and thoroughly communicating with patients and office staff.
