  • 6:00 p.m., 7:00 a.m.
  • 3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.
  • 11:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m.
  • 10:00 p.
m. Creates a positive impression for each patient, family member, visitor or staff while pre-admitting, admitting and/or registering, routing, or escorting patients, family, or visitors, serving as entity resource. Registers emergency room visits. Registers inpatient and outpatient visits when needed. In addition, obtains necessary signatures, completes paperwork, and distributes correctly. Checks and rechecks all paperwork before it leaves the area for complete information and accuracy. Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs. High school graduate or equivalent. Previous Admitting/Registration experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of medical insurance is preferred.
