LPN -Acute (Per-Diem/PRN) with Hospital work experience

Schedule:

6:30AM to 7:00PM (CDT) and 6:30PM to 7AM (CDT)

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the RN or physician. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies. Perform nursing assessments and document patient care accurately. Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient independence. Monitor vital signs, pain, wounds, and other clinical conditions. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, case managers, and other members of the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, safety, and recovery. Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and regulatory requirements. Participate in the rehabilitation process and help patients work toward their functional goals.

Qualifications:

Active LPN/LVN license in Oklahoma. Current BLS/CPR certification. Experience in an acute care, hospital, inpatient rehabilitation, medical-surgical, or similar clinical setting is highly relevant. Ability to provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team. Strong assessment, documentation, communication, and time-management skills. $34.00 - $37.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 36.0 per week
