What You'll Do:

Patient Care:

Greet patients warmly, assist with exams, procedures, and vital signs, and ensure our patients feel valued and cared for.

Administrative Support:

Help manage appointments, answer patient inquiries, and maintain accurate medical records.

Clinical Duties:

Perform phlebotomy, medication administration, and assist with diagnostic tests like EKGs and vision screenings.

Office Prep & Maintenance:

Ensure exam rooms are ready and stocked, sterilize equipment, and maintain compliance with CLIA and OSHA regulations.

Collaboration:

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

0-5 years of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in an outpatient Primary Care setting, Comfort with electronic health record system, Epic EMR experience a bonus. In lieu of clinical healthcare experience, an undergraduate degree in Science counts.

Education:

High School Diploma with minimum of 2 years of clinical medical assistant experience, or Undergraduate degree with science focus. Medical Assistant Certification is a plus.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, proficiency in typing, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.

Certification:

CPR and certification with relevant medical organizations within 12 months of hire.
