Mental Health Therapist - Outpatient Services (Bend) Help change lives every day. We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient team. In this role, you'll provide therapy, assessments, and crisis intervention to individuals and families experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. About the Role As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting patients' recovery and overall well-being. You'll provide individual, family, and group therapy, conduct comprehensive assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, person-centered care. This is a great opportunity for an experienced therapist or a recent graduate working toward licensure who is passionate about co-occurring disorders and recovery-focused treatment. What You'll Do Conduct mental health evaluations (biopsychosocial assessments, mental status exams, pre-admission screenings) Provide individual, group, and family therapy within an integrated behavioral health and substance use treatment model Deliver crisis intervention and short-term counseling in collaboration with medical and clinical staff Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team for treatment planning and continuity of care Provide case management, referrals, and coordination with outside providers and community resources Document all services in the electronic health record (EHR) accurately and on time What We're Looking For Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Clinical Social Work (Required) Active license as LPC or LCSW in Oregon or the ability to obtain licensure through supervised clinical hours (Required) Experience in assessment, evaluation, and therapy (Required) 2+ years post-licensure clinical experience (Preferred) CADC I certification (Preferred) Strong skills in crisis intervention, counseling, and clinical documentation Experience with co-occurring disorders and integrated treatment models a plus What We Offer Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Education Assistance & Professional Development Support Paid Time Off (PTO) & Sick Pay Wellness Programs and mental health support Strong emphasis on Work-Life Balance Opportunities for growth and career advancement Supportive, mission-driven team environment Inclusive, respectful workplace culture Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, exempt position in an outpatient clinic setting Supportive, team-based culture with regular interdisciplinary collaboration Regular interaction with patients in emotional or crisis situations If you are a compassionate, licensed therapist (or working toward licensure) who thrives in a team environment and wants to help patients achieve lasting recovery, we'd love to hear from you.
