Patient Services Representatives (PSRs) are a first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. PSRs play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients from their initial inquiry to their follow-up appointments. PSRs responsibilities will include managing appointments, answering inquiries, processing payments, selling supplements and retail items, and maintaining accurate records. Other duties include laundry, light cleaning in the waiting room, and treatment rooms. This position is required to multi-task, have situational awareness of what needs done, and work closely with other team members.
