As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be the 'voice and face' of our clinic, creating a welcoming, empathetic, and professional environment. In this vital role, you will guide patients through their care journey, from warm greetings and check-ins to scheduling appointments and answering questions, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to quality healthcare delivery in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting.
Clinic hours:
M-Th:
8am-6pm, F 8am-12pm
Qualifications:
Spanish/English bilingual highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written skills for interacting with patients and providers. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and clerical experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients warmly and professionally. Answer phones and respond to online patient messages. Check patients in and out efficiently. Schedule appointments and manage patient recalls. Process paperwork and take payments. Review insurance coverage and answer basic questions. Build strong, ongoing relationships with patients. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings positive energy into every interaction.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 32.0 per week
