Job Overview Duties Dental Patient Coordinator - Join a Team That Values Work‑Life Balance 28‑hour work week, Full‑time benefits, Paid vacation, Salary based on experience Job Overview We're looking for a friendly, organized, and detail‑driven Dental Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, helping create a smooth, positive experience from check‑in to check‑out. If you thrive in a fast‑paced dental environment and enjoy keeping a busy office running efficiently, this role is for you. A strong understanding of dental terminology and experience with dental software—especially Eaglesoft—is required. Responsibilities Warmly greet patients and guide them through check‑in and check‑out Schedule appointments and manage patient scheduling Maintain accurate patient records, patient insurance, and documentation Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions or concerns Process payments, manage patient accounts, and handle collections when needed Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming Communicate effectively with dental team to support patient care Use Eaglesoft to file, update, and retrieve patient information Experience & Skills Prior experience in a dental office required Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Excellent administrative and organizational skills Professional, empathetic patient service abilities Proficiency with dental software (Eaglesoft preferred) Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast‑paced environment Why You'll Love Working Here This position offers a rare balance: 28 hours per week while still receiving full‑time benefits , paid vacation , and a competitive salary based on experience .
