Tasks and Responsibilities:

Respond to phone calls on the pre-intake line. Scheduling consumers for intake appointments. Gathering appropriate information and checking insurance. Corresponding with referral sources, (hospitals, other agencies, etc.) to schedule first time appointments. Prepare intake packets for scheduled intake appointments. Perform administrative procedures pertaining to assignment of consumer. Entering consumer data into the electronic health records. Running reports as needed upon request. Other duties assigned by the Office Manager/Insurance Specialist.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and Word. Excellent communication skills.
