Hourly Pay Rate:
$20-22/hr
Work Schedule:
~20 hours/week

This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). An Addison Group client is looking for an Assistant Registrar Operations Analyst !
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and update student academic records within the Student Information System (SIS) Process grades, transfer credits, registrations, add/drop transactions, enrollment updates, and record changes Build course sections and register students Produce transcripts, enrollment verifications, and other official academic documents Perform data entry, validation, cleanup, and reconciliation in support of an SIS transition Work extensively in Excel, including sorting, filtering, searching, reconciling, and validating data Compare data across spreadsheets and systems and identify discrepancies Maintain accurate tracking documents and organized student records Support academic program rosters, withdrawals, exam schedules, and related communications Respond to student, faculty, and staff Registrar inquiries
Requirements:
3-5+ years of hands-on Registrar or student records experience within higher education Direct experience working within a Student Information System (SIS) Strong Excel proficiency, including sorting, filtering, reconciling, and validating datasets Hands-on experience processing student records, registration/enrollment transactions, grades, and academic data Ability to independently execute routine SIS and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy Banner or another major SIS experience strongly preferred Workday Student experience and/or experience supporting an SIS/ERP transition is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal coaching Why choose Addison Group?
