Group Facilitator - Outpatient Services Sage Counseling Inc - 3.3 Yuma, AZ Job Details Full-time Up to $60,000 a year 5 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Master's degree Full Job Description SAGE Counseling is actively looking for a Full-Time Clinician in the Yuma area to provide a variety of services to support SAGE clients through facilitation of group counseling sessions or individual counseling sessions. Our treatment programs were developed for criminal offenders with an overall clinical approach grounded in evidence-based standards.
Pay:
Unlicensed Clinicians:
up to $60,000
Associate Licensed Clinicians:
up to $62,700
Independent Licensed Clinicians:
up to $64,700 Where will you work?: This role will primarily work at the SAGE office in Yuma, but may have some hybrid/work-from-home days as well. When will you work?: We have a variety of shifts available - let us know what works best for you! Full-Time hours - including traditional schedules in the weekday evenings! What do Clinicians do?: Provide 10-12 therapeutic counseling groups weekly on a variety of topics, including MRT Clients include adult sexual offenders and those involved in the criminal justice system Maintain clinical documentation within 24 hours of service provided Attend supervision, team meetings, and trainings as assigned Why join SAGE Counseling? Qualifications:
Required :
Minimum of a master's degree in a behavioral health related field Trained in Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), preferred not required Experience working with adult sexual offenders, preferred not required Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Group facilitation experience preferred Behavioral Health Licensure a plus, but not required SAGE is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
