Job Description

Job Description Work as an intake coordinator. Partially onsite and partially remote work. Receive incoming inquiries for new clients for a marriage and family therapy clinic in Orem. Semi-flexible hours and a positive work environment. 40/hours per week. Benefits for full time work include insurance and 401k with company match. Responsibilities Receive incoming inquiries for new clients seeking counseling Schedule new clients with therapists Coordinate paperwork for new clients Communicate with administration, support staff and therapists Work remote for 2 days/week and then onsite for 3 days/week. Flexible as to which days are remote and which days are onsite Other miscellaneous tasks (social media posting, for example) Qualifications High school diploma. College education is preferred, but not required Good communication skills Organization skills Cheerful and pleasant demeanor Ability to manage different systems on the computer (email, phone, clinic records) Good follow-up and follow-through skills Additional Information This is a great place to work - we are easy to get along with and are flexible and considerate of your needs.
