Renken Dentistry was founded 21 years ago in Springfield, Illinois and also has locations in the Austin, Texas area. The Position We're looking for a team member who has a team oriented disposition, a growth mindset, and excellent communication skills. This team member should have at least one year of customer service and administrative experience.
This position will:
Be the face and/or voice of the practice as our Patient Coordinators serve patients first. Provide exceptional customer service. Communicate with patients in many forms (phone, email, text) to schedule appointments, answer questions or assist in any way. Build lasting relationships with patients ensuring that they are satisfied with their interactions. To support our team members, we offer: A mentorship and training program throughout the initial 90 days of employment and continuing support thereafter. Initial onboarding and training will be completed in person at our Renken Dentistry at San Gabriel office in Georgetown, TX location. After training, the role will transition to remote with occasional required in-office attendance for training, team meetings, or other business needs. Candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance of our San Gabriel office. Full-time employment is available. Schedule This is a full-time position. Team members are scheduled within our office hours , which are: Monday
  • 7:00am-6:00pm Tuesday
  • 7:00am-6:00pm Wednesday
  • 7:00am-6:00pm Thursday
  • 7:00am-6:00pm Friday
